Our modular homes come standard with durable, sustainable, high-quality materials, premium finishes, and energy-efficient fixtures. Modular costs include interior and exterior finishes, including siding, flooring, cabinets, tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, countertops.
Our base prices start from:
- Starting $70 per square foot for a house ( kitchen and bathroom are not included)
- Starting $110 per square foot for a house including kitchen and bathroom.
